Relocating from Millwall to Hammersmith in 1921, he dedicated a lifetime to solving technological problems relating to lubrication and produced the first multi grade oil for motorists; which by 1967 Duckhams was regarded the largest independent lubrication oil company in the UK.

Duckhams invented Europe’s first ever Multi grade oil, Duckhams Q in 1951, an advancement that changed the face of automotive lubricants forever. Duckhams has been a leading lubricants technology brand for most of the 20th century. The pioneering brand has a legacy of technological advancement which is embodied in the products launched.

Duckhams is delighted to announce its new partnership with Dan Cammish and Team Redline Racing in the 2021 Porsche Carrera Cup GB Series. Sporting a striking look that features the iconic Duckhams yellow and blue colors, Dan’s new look car was unveiled during testing 9th June 2021.
